How to Book

On the Premier Rentals web pages click on the View button for the particular property in which you are interested. This will direct you to the property details on either www.holiday-rentals.com or www.holidaylettings.co.uk.

Check the availability chart on these websites and, if the week(s) you require is (are) still available then make an enquiry via:

1. The Email Enquiry facility on these websites OR
2. The Email Contact facility on the Contacts page of this website OR
3. Telephoning our Spanish or UK telephone numbers.

Upon receipt of your email or telephone enquiry we will confirm as soon as possible the property availability and rental costs. We will send you “holding” confirmation by email together with the following documents:

• Property Reservation Form
• Booking Terms and Conditions
• Payment Options – including facilities to pay by debit or credit card, cheque or bank transfer.

To confirm the booking a 25% initial deposit is payable. Once your deposit and completed Property Reservation Form are received, we will confirm your reservation by email or telephone. The 75% balance, plus the security deposit, is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.

When we receive the balance, we will send you final confirmation of your booking, together with a map, directions to the property, “meet and greet” arrangements and other information.

We offer the following services to make your travelling as hassle-free and relaxing as possible:

• An airport transfer service at very competitive rates for both Alicante and Valencia airports (other airports on request).
• Arrangement of Car Hire from an airport or locally on arrival at your destination.
• Finding the best value and most convenient flights for you from all UK locations.
• Providing a Welcome Pack for your arrival – particularly important if travelling late or arriving on bank holidays or fiesta days.
